This Terms of Use (“TOU”) forms a legally binding agreement between Rosland Capital Limited (“we” or “us”) and you, personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using this web site (collectively, “you”). This TOU governs your use of the rosland.london web site (“Web Site”), so please read it carefully.

BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE WEB SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS TOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE SO BOUND, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEB SITE.

The Web Site is a site operated by us. We are a company registered in England and Wales with company no 08895417 whose registered office is at Finsgate, 5 -7 Cranwood Street, London UK, EC1V 9EE.

4. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to ensure that the information on the Web Site is complete, accurate and up-to-date; however, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that the content of the Web Site or the content provided via our social media accounts or the content of any other materials provided by us (“Content”) is accurate, complete or up-to-date. Further, the views and opinions expressed on our social media accounts are the views and opinions of the person posting the information and are not our views or those of any member of our group, unless we expressly state otherwise. We expressly reserve all rights in and to the www.rosland.london domain name and all related domains and sub-domains, the trade name Rosland Capital and the related logos, design marks, service marks, trading names and/or other trade marks on the Web Site (including page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts). You may not use any of the aforementioned without our express written permission. Other trade marks, products and company names, mentioned on the Web Site may be trade marks of their respective owners or licensors and the rights in such marks are reserved to their respective owners or licensors.

(c) We will retain ownership of our intellectual property rights and you will not obtain any rights therein by virtue of this TOU or otherwise, except as expressly set forth in this TOU.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the Web Site and may provide links to third party web sites. We do not control those third parties, their services or their web sites. We will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services or web sites. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as this TOU when you use these services and web sites.

10. Linking and Framing

You may not deep link to portions of the Web Site, or frame, inline link, or similarly display any of our property, including, without limitation, the Web Site. You may not use any of our logos or other trademarks as part of a link without our express written permission.

11. Comments

Whenever you make use of a feature on the Web Site that allows you to upload content on to our Web Site, or make contact with other users of the Web Site, you must comply with the terms of this TOU as well as any other content standards notified to you by us from time to time. All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions that you disclose, submit or offer to us in connection with your use of the Web Site (collectively, “Comments”) will become our exclusive property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to us of all worldwide right, title and interest in all patent, copyright, trademark, and all other intellectual property and other rights whatsoever in and to the Comments and a waiver of any claim based on moral rights, unfair competition, breach of implied contract, breach of confidentiality, and any other legal theory. 12. Reimbursement

We control the Web Site from our offices within the U.K. We make no representation that the Web Site or any Content are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Users who access the Web Site from outside the U.K. do so on their own initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with local laws, if applicable. No Content (including from the Web Site) may be downloaded in violation of U.K. law.

15. Applicable law

This TOU is governed by the law of England and any matter or dispute arising in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to the Web Site

We may, in our sole discretion, change, modify, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect of the Web Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice to you, and we will not be liable for doing so.

17. Termination

We will have the right to terminate your access to the Web Site if we reasonably believe you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this TOU. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Web Site and we may, in our discretion, cancel any outstanding Product orders. If your access to the Web Site is terminated, we reserve the right to exercise whatever means we deem necessary to prevent unauthorised access to the Web Site, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and direct contact with your Internet Service Provider. This TOU will survive indefinitely unless and until we choose to terminate it, regardless of whether any account you open is terminated by you or us or if you have the right to access or use the Web Site. Further if you have printed off, copied or downloaded any part of the Web Site in breach of this TOU, you must on termination at our option return or destroy such copies, print-outs or downloads.
